Why should I fill out an intake?
A massage intake gives us important health information before performing massage as there are some conditions and situations that massage could make worse or could be dangerous.
Do you perform pre-natal?
We do not perform pre-natal massages and focus on sports & recovery.
Do I have to be unclothed?
No. You do not have to be unclothed during your massage. However, you will be unable to receive a traditional massage with oil. All clients are draped for the massage, without exception, and modesty is a priority.
What is your cancellation policy?
Client's may arrive up to 15 minutes late for their appointment. Client's who arrive beyond 15 minutes of their time will be rescheduled and will be responsible for 30% of your scheduled service.
Clients must cancel services 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours of service will be responsible for a fee not to exceed 30% of your scheduled service. Client's who fail to call, cancel, or show for their appointment will be responsible for payment in full.
Are Minors Permitted?
Minors who are 14 years or older and is accompanied by an adult may receive massage. Children under 14 must have an adult present and have a therapeutic reason for their visit, with a note from their doctor.

Please do not bring your children to your massage session as we cannot accommodate a space for them.
Can I Still Redeem a Groupon if it is Expired?
Yes. Vouchers can only be redeemed for the deal option that was purchased. Expired Groupons may be redeemed for the difference of the promotional price. Refunds must be made through Groupon
